To celebrate the success of our students, the IACS Student Association is organizing a graduation reception on Thursday, May 19th, 2022. We plan to get together to convey our best wishes to our graduating students. Refreshments and cake will be served.

The IACS Student Association is organizing a Friendsgiving Potluck on Wednesday, December 1st, 2021. Please join us for Friendsgiving Potluck as we celebrate and give thanks to friends and faculty!
You like food; we like food! It is the perfect venue to share your favorite recipe. IACS will provide the entrée. If you would like to contribute to our Potluck, kindly add to our list of dishes to let others know what you will bring. Sign-up is not mandatory for your attendance.

Welcome to Fall 2021
Welcome to the new academic year! We, the IACS Student Association, are thrilled to be associating with you as you participate in research events, professional development activities, and social events. As a student association, we are excited to facilitate you all with unlimited opportunities to enjoy life@IACS by learning, exploring, and engaging together.
We are planning to continue hosting events like IACS Student Seminar Series accompanied by Brown Bag Lunch Sessions. Students will present their research and share knowledge during these informal, convivial get-togethers. Additionally, we will be organizing social events encouraging student-faculty synergies – outings and other suggestions are ever welcome given circumstances. This coming academic year, we will take advantage of every resource to develop ourselves. We will arrange talks and workshops on cutting-edge technologies, including Ookami, with our partners.
COVID-19 has impacted all of us. Keeping that at the top of our minds, we plan to schedule events to bring all of us together, overcoming silos most suitably. With the help of Ann and Chelsey, we would closely monitor the change in COVID-19 response guidance and will update instructions prioritizing the health and safety of all.
We, the IACS Student Association, look forward to seeing you all soon. Welcome back to a great new academic year!
