How did you find your job?

My advisor had heard of an opening and pointed me to the job listing.

What advice would you offer to other students?

As graduation approached, I was not fully aware of the types of jobs that could utilize my skill set besides the standard pipeline into finding a postdoc. Looking broadly into academia-adjacent careers helped me find that there are a lot of paths I hadn't even realized were options.
