Jennifer McCauley

Jennifer McCauley joined IACS in February 2017 as the STRIDE Program Coordinator.  She holds a BA in psychology from Manhattan College, an MS in Career Development from the College of New Rochelle, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. 

In her current role, Jennifer manages the IACS advanced graduate certificates, Professional Development Program, and  interdisciplinary mentoring program. Additionally, Jennifer is an instructor for the WISE Honors Program, where she teaches WSE 205 - Career Planning in STEM. Jennifer’s previous professional experiences include administrative leadership and human resources management within higher education settings, including the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
